Sparebanken Vest: Successful issuance of Additional Tier 1 bond

Sparebanken Vest has issued a new perpetual Addtional Tier 1 bond of NOK 300
million, with a fixed to floating rate coupon.

The coupon is 7.48% p.a. until 8 February 2028, and 3m Nibor +390bps for the
remaining period if the call option is not exercised.

Settlement date is 8 November 2022. The Additional Tier 1 bond issue has a first
call option for the issuer 8 November 2027, subject to approval from the
Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, if required.

The new issue has been approved by the bank's General Meeting. The bond issue
will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.

DNB Markets and Nordea acted as Joint Lead Managers.
