Limassol, Cyprus - 02 November 2022 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
notice from Green Energy Group (Seabird Exploration Plc) (the "Company") dated
13 October where changing the Company name to Seabird Exploration Plc was
approved at an EGM. The name change has now been notarized and filed for
registration with the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus.

Following the completion of the name registration, Green Energy Group will with
effect from 4 November 2022, change its name to Seabird Exploration Plc and the
ticker will change to "SBX". The company's webpage will be https://www.sbexp.com
.

"Changing the name to SeaBird Exploration finalizes the last few months
streamlining of the Group, and leaves SeaBird as a pure-play seismic company
with strong market position in a rapidly improving seismic market. The Green
Minerals shares distribution is on target for the current quarter. We are
