Eckerö Shipping has signed an agreement to sell M/S Exporter and M/S Shipper

The Eckerö Group's subsidiary Eckerö Shipping Ab Ltd has signed a charter
agreement regarding M/S Exporter with Norwest Ship Management AS. The vessel
will begin operating for Norwest Ship Management in January 2023. In July 2023,
ownership will transfer to Norwest Ship Management. At the beginning of 2024,
the ownership of M/S Shipper will also transfer to Norwest Ship Management.

Eckerö Shipping's fleet today consists of three ro-ro vessels and the company
has now agreed on the sale of two of them. The third vessel, M/S Transporter,
has a multi-year contract with DFDS.
