quotation on the US-based OTCQB Venture Market making the company´s shares more
accessible to US-based investors.

5th Planet Games is currently trading on Euronext Expand Oslo under ticker 5PG
and the dual quotation on OTCQB Venture Market will allow US-based investors to
easily trade in 5th Planet Games shares. The trading on the US OTCQB Venture
market is expected to begin in Q1 2022.
