Total number of voting rights and shares

Information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares, provided pursuant to article L. 233-8 II of the Code de commerce (the French Commercial Code) and article 222-16 of the Règlement Général de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (Regulation of the French stock market authority).

*Including 200,000 new shares in accordance with the contract of Equity line financing concluded with Kepler Cheuvreux on November 20^th 2014,the second planned tranche was put in place on November 30, 2016, representing an amount raised of  149,000 €. A shareholder holding 1.0% of the Company share capital (January 31^st, 2017) would be reduced to approximately 0, 98% of the capital on non-diluted basis. A total of 2,960,000 new shares have been issued since the beginning of the second tranche”
