Ekornes QM Holding AS: Fixed income investor meetings and contemplated bond issue

Ekornes QM Holding AS (“Ekornes”) has mandated DNB Markets and SEB as Joint Lead
Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing 17
February 2023. A new 3.5-year NOK 1,200 million senior secured floating rate
bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. Net proceeds
from the contemplated bond issue will be used to refinance the existing senior
secured bond issue with ticker “EKO01” (ISIN NO0010848401) and for general
corporate purposes.

In conjunction with the contemplated new bond issue, Ekornes will offer a
conditional buyback of EKO01, contingent upon subscription in the new bond.
Subject to completion of the contemplated new bond issue, Ekornes will call the
remaining EKO01 with expected settlement date on 3 April 2023.
