the following transaction has been completed by a primary insider in Norske
Skog:

Nikolai Johns, board member and primary insider in Norske Skog, has indirectly
bought 2,500 shares in Norske Skog through Handras AS for an average price of
NOK 59.2000 per share. After the transaction, Handras AS holds 2,500 shares.
