Antevenio reorganizes its management team
Madrid, February 5th 2018 at 8:30 am - The Antevenio Group (ISIN ES0109429037), leader in Southern Europe and Americas in publishing and marketing technologies, today announces that Joshua Novick, founder of Antevenio in 1997, has decided to give a new orientation to his career and will leave the Group at the end of June 2018. Following this decision, the Board of Directors approved a new organization of the management team, entrusted to Fernando Gárate and Pablo Pérez García-Villoslada.
The transition between Joshua Novick, who will keep a role in the ISP group as an advisor, and his successors will be perfectly assured. Pablo Pérez García-Villoslada and Fernando Gárate will be taking on Joshua Novick prior responsibilities and will co-lead the company. Fernando Gárate, co-founder of Antevenio, has been part of the Group for 20 years. As Chief Executive Officer, he will be in charge of sales strategy and innovation and will represent the Group in relation to clients and partners. Pablo Pérez García-Villoslada, currently Chief Financial Officer, has been part of the Group for 18 years. He will be appointed Chairman and President and will be the Group's representative to investors and institutions. He will also be in charge of the external growth strategy in addition to his financial management responsibilities. Finally Jesús Mera will be appointed Chief Operating Officer in charge of marketing and will be responsible for commercial coordination between all Group entities.
After having achieved an excellent year 2016 recording a sustained growth of its activities with a turnover of €25.4 M up 11% and an increase of 60% of its net profit to €2.10 M, Antevenio is entering a new phase of its development with a dynamic and agile management team in continuity with that of today. In addition, the Group anticipates a profitable growth for 2017.
