NTC Infrastructure AS announces exercise of call option

We refer to the announcement published on 12 June 2024 regarding the intent to
call the FRN Senior Secured Bond.

NTC Infrastructure AS (the "Company") has today officially notified Nordic
Trustee AS of its decision to exercise the call option to redeem all outstanding
bonds under the Company's Senior Secured bond issue with ISIN: NO0011161507 (the
"Bond").

The exercise of the call option is conditional upon certain conditions as set
out in the call option notice being satisfied or waived no later than 16 July
2024.

Subject to the confirmation that the conditions have been satisfied or waived,
the Bond will be repaid at a price equal to 102.296 per cent of the nominal
amount plus accrued and unpaid interest to the date of redemption, with
settlement scheduled for 18 July 2024. The record date for the call option will
be 17 July 2024.
