Complaints and questions

Complaints should ideally be submitted within 6 weeks of the event. All Complaints duly received will be investigated by Euronext, which reserves the right to require the complainant to provide further information upon request. A failure to do so may lead to the Complaint being rejected.
In order to ensure an independent evaluation of each complaint, the Compliance department of Euronext will receive a copy of each complaint that is submitted as well as the answer provided by the index department. The complainant will be advised of the outcome of the investigation, and the consequent decision, as soon as practicable.
A complainant who disagrees with the outcome of the investigation may appeal against the decision. Such appeal will be handled by the Supervisor of the index in case of issues relating to the selection and weightings of the index. In case of operational issues and corporate actions the appeal will be handled by Index Oversight Committee.
