Reference is made to the announcement made on 18 September 2023 regarding the
placement of new senior secured bonds issue.

The company has today notified the Bond Trustee of the conditional exercise of
the Call Option to redeem the outstanding bonds under its senior unsecured bond
issue and each Bondholder is hereby given notice thereof.

This notice is conditional of the Paying Agent having confirmed in writing at
least three (3) Business Days prior to the Call Option Repayment Date that
sufficient roll-over bonds and cash proceeds has been deposited on the Issuer’s
designated escrow account and VPS escrow account in order to fully settle the
Call Option.

Subject to satisfaction of the aforementioned conditions, the bond issue will be
repaid at a price equal to 103.39 per cent of par value, plus accrued interest
on the redeemed amount, with settlement date 11 October 2023.
