Cambridge (UK), 13 July 2026 (18.00 CEST): On 10 December 2024, Hybrid Software Group PLC announced the start of its share repurchase programme, for a total amount of €1 million. Hybrid Software Group PLC announces today that during the period from 6 July 2026 to 10 July 2026, Kepler Cheuvreux SA on behalf of Hybrid Software Group PLC has bought 296 shares.

On 10 July 2026 after closing of the market, Hybrid Software Group PLC holds 243,073 own shares, or 0.74% of the total number of the outstanding shares.
