Remark: Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena (BMPS) announced the payment of an extraordinary distribution equal to €1.208, partly in cash and partly through the allocation of shares of Assicurazioni Generali. 

The distribution is conditional upon the declaration of effectiveness of either/or both Exchange Offers that BMPS is currently pursuing.

If the dividend will be distributed, it will be considered as a special dividend and the derivatives will be adjusted accordingly.
