Parx Materials N.V. Announces CEO Transition

Rotterdam, The Netherlands, July 10, 2026. Parx Materials N.V., today announced that Mr. M. van der Jagt is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer. He will remain involved with the company as advisor and non-executive board member. 

The transition is a planned next step following the acquisition of a majority stake by GCP Technology AS in July 2024, at which time the founders committed to ensuring a smooth handover. With that transition now well established, Mr. van der Jagt is handing over executive leadership while continuing to support Parx Materials in a non-executive and advisory capacity, contributing his technical knowledge and industry relationships. 

The board and shareholders of Parx Materials wish to express their sincere gratitude to Mr. van der Jagt for his many years of dedication and leadership. As co-founder in 2012, he was instrumental in developing the company’s technology, building its international partnerships, and guiding Parx Materials from an early-stage startup to a listed company recognised for its sustainable antimicrobial and antifouling solutions.
