Reference is made to the Summons for a Written Resolution dated 20 March 2026
and the announcement from the Issuer on 10 July 2026 confirming that the
Restructuring Effective Date has occurred on 10 July 2026. Nordic Trustee has
issued the attached announcement regarding final payment of the discharge
