Constellation Oil Services Schedules Q2 2026 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Luxembourg, 9 July 2026 – Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.
(“Constellation” or the “Company”) will hold its second quarter 2026 earnings
conference call at 10:00 a.m. BRT (09:00 a.m. EDT | 03:00 p.m. CET) on
Wednesday, 26 August 2026. The interim financial statements and quarterly
earnings release will be issued on the day before the conference call via
Euronext and will be available at ri.theconstellation.com.
