Half-Yearly Report on the Liquidity Contract with Natixis ODDO BHF

Paris, July 8, 2026 – As regards the liquidity contract awarded by 74Software to Natixis ODDO BHF, on June 30, 2026, the following resources were listed in the liquidity account:

• 14,475 shares;
• 1,013,531.36 euros.

As of the effective date of the liquidity contract entrusted to Natixis ODDO BHF, i.e. January 1, 2026, the following resources were listed in the liquidity account:

• 15,850 shares;
• 510,518.25 euros.

Over the period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, trading volumes represented:

• 66,912 shares for 2,385,421.50 euros purchased (1,002 executions);
• 68,287 shares for 2,403,950.30 euros sold (1,028 executions).

The implementation of this report is carried out in accordance with AMF Decision No. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021 renewing the implementation of liquidity contracts for shares as an accepted market practice.
