Norse Atlantic ASA - New share capital registered

Arendal, 2 July 2026: Reference is made to the previous stock exchange
announcement published by Norse Atlantic ASA ("Norse Atlantic" or the "Company")
on 1 July 2026, regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection with
settlement of fees to the Underwriters in the Rights Issue, the Bond Conversion
Offer, and the CEO Private Placement.

The final share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 6,000,000 new
shares in connection with the private placement directed towards the Company's
CEO, Eivind Roald, at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share (the "CEO
Private Placement"), has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).

The new shares will be issued in Euronext Securities Oslo (VPS) on the listed
ISIN NO 0012885252.

The Company's registered share capital is NOK 1,479,072,861 divided into
2,958,145,722 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.
