Exercise of subscription rights and allocation of shares and warrants in the rights issue to primary insider

Oslo, 10 June 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by NEXT Biometrics Group ASA (the "Company") on 10 June 2026 regarding
the final results of the rights issue, raising gross proceeds of NOK 41 million
(the "Rights Issue").

Ulf Ritsvall, CEO, has exercised 27,949 subscription rights, entitling him to an
allocation of 27,949 new shares and 13,974 new warrants in the Rights Issue. In
addition, he has been allocated 119,974 new shares and 59,987 new warrants
without subscription rights under the underwriting agreement entered into with
the Company in connection with the Rights Issue, as well as 250,000 new warrants
as an underwriting fee under the same agreement.
