Technologies Limited, has received formal notices of termination from its key
client, Tech4S Limited, confirming the cancellation of all agreements. The
termination becomes effective in accordance with the respective agreements. The
board of directors is expected to meet to discuss the effect of this
termination, and the Company will keep the market updated accordingly.
