River Tech – Extension of SAAS Agreement

River Tech p.l.c. (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”)
is pleased to update the market that its subsidiary, River Technologies Limited,
has entered into an extension and amendment agreement with Tech4S Limited for
the provision of SAAS solutions.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement of the 21 January 2020, whereby
the Company announced the signing of the original SAAS agreement with Tech4S
Limited.

The extension and amendment agreement, signed on and effective as of the 12
December 2024, extends the original SAAS agreement for a further three years.

This agreement reaffirms the trust and confidence in the Group's products and
client support, highlighting the Group's commitment to strengthening its B2B
presence.
