Astrocast SA - Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Astrocast SA from trading on
Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book II section
3.17.2 (2), Oslo Børs has made the following resolution: “The shares in
Astrocast SA will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of 20 August 2024.
The last day of listing will be 19 August 2024.”
