Dockwise is one of the world leaders in the transport and installation of extremely large and heavy structures. The group provides transportation, logistics, project management, procurement and engineering services for oil and gas companies. Net sales by activity break down as follows:

• heavy lift transportation (90.8%): offshore jack up and semi-submersible drilling rigs, offshore production structures, modules for onshore plants, navy vessels, submarines, minesweepers, port and marine infrastructures (dredging equipment, floating cranes, container cranes, docks, etc.);
• transportation of yachts (9.2%).

At the end of 2009, Dockwise owns a fleet of 20 semi-submersible vessels.
