Shareholding Notification

Baltic Sea Properties AS ("BALT" or the "Company") has received a notification
from Nestor AS that it has acquired shares in the Company.

Following the transaction completed on 13 July 2026, Nestor AS owns 434 133
shares in Baltic Sea Properties AS, representing approximately 5.02% of the
voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares.

This announcement is made pursuant to the continuing obligations of companies
admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.
