Induct AS – Registration for Company Presentation

Induct AS (the "Company") refers to the notice of the Annual General Meeting
published on 15 June 2026.

The Company will host a digital presentation on 29 June 2026 at 12:30 (CEST),
following the general meeting, to provide an update on the Company’s status and
strategy.
