Komplett ASA: Annual report for 2025

Sandefjord, 18 March 2026: The board of directors of Komplett ASA has approved
the annual accounts for 2025, and the annual report has been published today.

In 2025, Komplett Group delivered consistent profitability improvements,
supported by better margins and proactive cost control, while maintaining a
stable financial position with solid liquidity.

Significant steps have been taken to strengthen the group's operational platform
and organisational capabilities, and despite intense competition, the group has
maintained high levels of customer satisfaction and a solid market position
across its brands.

The annual report is attached to this notice. In addition, the company has
published its annual financial statements in European Single Electronic Format
(ESEF). This document is also attached to this notice.
