Ferde AS – New bond issue

Ferde AS

Ferde AS, rated AA+ (Stable) by Scope Ratings, has today successfully issued a 5
year FRN bond amounting to NOK 1000 million. The bond carries a coupon of 3m
Nibor + 0.30 % p.a.

The net proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of the Rogfast
project. The new bond will have guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti) from Rogaland
County Municipality, rated AAA (Stable) by Scope Ratings. The new bond is
expected to receive a bond rating of AAA (Stable) by Scope Ratings.

Settlement date is set to 5 March 2026 and the new bond will be applied for
listing at Euronext Nordic ABM.

SEB acted as Manager for the bond issue.
