«Euronext Oslo Børs vedtok å ta aksjene i Appear ASA opp til handel på Euronext
Oslo Børs, alternativt Euronext Expand

Det forutsettes at selskapet før første handelsdag oppfyller opptakskrav på
Euronext Oslo Børs. Hvis selskapet ikke oppfyller kravene på Euronext Oslo Børs
tas selskapet opp til handel på Euronext Expand, forutsatt at opptakskravene på
Euronext Expand er oppfylt.

Børsdirektøren gis fullmakt til å fastsette første handelsdag, senest 30. januar
2026.»
