Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Norse Atlantic
ASA (the "Company") on 27 October 2025, regarding key information on a potential
subsequent offering of shares in the Company. The shares in Company will be
traded exclusive of the right to participate in a potential subsequent offering
from and including today, 28 October 2025.
