Tensio AS - Successfully Issues Green NOK Bonds

Tensio AS (Scope: A-/Stable) is pleased to announce the successful issuance of
NOK 750 million in senior unsecured green bonds. The bonds carry a coupon of 3
months NIBOR + 0.50% and will mature on 30 October 2028. The transaction was
significantly oversubscribed.

Settlement is scheduled for 30 October 2025, and the bonds will be applied for
listing on Nordic ABM.

Danske Bank and SEB acted as Joint Bookrunners for this bond issue.
