Tensio AS - Contemplating Issuance of Green NOK Bonds

Tensio AS (Scope: A-/Stable) has mandated Danske Bank and SEB as Joint
Bookrunners for their contemplated senior unsecured green bond issue. The
potential bond issue is expected to have a tenor of 3 years and a size of NOK
750 million, subject to market conditions.
