Executive management appointment - EVP Architecture

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) has appointed Kristina Jordt Adsersen as Executive
Vice President Architecture, effective 1 November 2025.

She succeeds Kristin Olsson Augestad in the EVP Architecture role, ensuring
continuity in the strategic leadership and development of Multiconsult Group's
architectural business. Augestad will now focus on her role as EVP Managing
Director of Multiconsult Norway.

"Kristina Jordt Adsersen is an accomplished architect who has demonstrated
outstanding leadership during the turnaround operation in Denmark. I am
confident she will be a valuable addition to the executive team and help drive
our strategic ambitions," says Grethe Bergly, CEO of Multiconsult.

Adsersen joined LINK Denmark in 2018 and has served as CEO since 2023. Adsersen
will combine this new role with her current position as CEO of LINK Arkitektur
A/S in Denmark.

This appointment follows recent changes to the executive management team
announced on 1 October 2025. From 1 November, the executive management team will
comprise:

Kristina Jordt Adsersen (born 1972) holds a Master of Architecture (Cand. Arch)
from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture in Copenhagen
(2000), and completed a Bachelor of Architecture at Delft University of
Technology in the Netherlands (1996-97). She has pursued continuous executive
education in leadership and organisational development, including recent
programmes at Copenhagen Business School and Copenhagen Business Academy, with a
focus on sustainability, strategy, negotiation, and leadership roles.
