AMSC ASA (under liquidation) - Ex liquidation dividend today

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by AMSC ASA (under
liquidation) (the Company) on 9 October 2025 that the Company's board of
directors has in accordance with the Norwegian Public Limited Liability
Companies Act section 16-9 resolved to distribute a liquidation dividend to its
shareholders in the amount of NOK 1.481 per share (NOK 106 430 344 in total).

The shares of the Company will be traded ex right to liquidation dividend of NOK
1.481 per share from today, 21 October 2025. The record date is 22 October 2025.

The liquidation dividend will be paid on or about 29 October 2025.

This information is subject of the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5
-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
