Oslo kommune - Mandatannonsering av første syndikerte grønne obligasjonslån

Oslo Kommune

Oslo kommune (utstederrating AA+ av S&P) skal utstede ett eller flere grønne
(Dark Green fra S&P) fastrenteobligasjonslån med løpetid på minimum 10 år og
maksimum 20 år. Forventet volum er NOK 2 til NOK 5 mrd. Tidspunkt for
transaksjonen avhenger av markedsforholdene.

Emisjonen er Oslo kommunes første syndikerte obligasjonsutstedelse.

Tilretteleggere for emisjonen er kommunens prekvalifiserte meglerforbindelser:
Danske Bank, DNB Carnegie, Nordea, SB1 Markets og SEB.

Syndikerte obligasjonsemisjoner vil fremover være et supplement til hvordan Oslo
kommune eksekverer sin finansiering.

Provenyet fra utstedelsen skal finansiere Oslo kommunes nye vannforsyning.

Obligasjonene vil søkes notert på Euronext Oslo.

Det vil avholdes en digital investorpresentasjon på engelsk den 15. oktober
klokken 10.00.
