Proximar Seafood AS: Mandatory notification of trades by primary insiders

Yokohama/Bergen, 2 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement published by Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") on 22 September
2025, regarding the commencement of the subscription period in the fully
underwritten rights issue of 150,000,000 new shares in the Company, at a
subscription price of NOK 1 per share (the "Rights Issue") and the receipt of
subscription rights in the Rights Issue by certain primary insiders, and certain
close associates of primary insiders, of the Company.

The Company has been informed that certain primary insiders and certain close
associates of primary insiders have subscribed for new shares in the Rights
Issue:

- Dharma Rajeswaran, COO of the Company, has subscribed for 60,000 new shares.
- Viggo Halseth, member of the Board of Directors of the Company, has subscribed
for 118,300 new shares.
