OMDA AS - MELDING OM FUSJONER

Omda AS (org.nr.: 998 138 833) skal fusjonere inn to 100 % eide datterselskaper,
Aygo AS (org.nr.: 930 667 404) og Omda Predicare AS (org.nr.: 917 350 019).

Begge datterselskapene er ansatte.

Fusjonen vil ikke påvirke driften i Omda AS og det utstedes ikke vederlag i
fusjonen da den følger aksjelovens forenklede regler for fusjon mellom
morselskap og datterselskap.

Fusjonene besluttes i styremøter 24.09.2025.

Så snart beslutningen om fusjoner er fattet, legger Omda AS ut en forenklet
børsmelding hvor det redegjøres ytterligere for fusjonene. Signert fusjonsplan
vil følge som vedlegg til den forenklede børsmeldingen.
