Vedtak om overtredelsesgebyr – Interoil Exploration and Production ASA

Finanstilsynet har fattet vedtak om overtredelsesgebyr på NOK 544000 for
forsinket finansiell rapportering av årsrapporten for 2024 fra Interoil
Exploration and Production ASA, jf. verdipapirhandelloven § 21-3(2).
