Yokohama/Bergen, 22 September 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement published by Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") earlier today, 22
September 2025, regarding the commencement of the subscription period in the
fully underwritten rights issue of 150,000,000 new shares in the Company, at a
subscription price of NOK 1 per share (the "Rights Issue"). As part of this
process, tradable subscription rights have been allocated to primary insiders
and their close associates:

Loyden AS, a company closely associated to Joachim Nielsen, CEO of the Company,
has on 22 September 2025 received 3,409,600 subscription rights in the Company
with no price payable.

Ole Christian Willumsen, CFO of the Company, has on 22 September 2025 received
602,589 subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Dharma Rajeswaran , COO of the Company, has on 22 September 2025 received 58,505
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Lars Stigaard, CTO of the Company, has on 22 September 2025 received 201,411
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Elisabeth Adina Dyvik, Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, has on
22 September 2025 received 91,114 subscription rights in the Company with no
price payable.

Grieg Kapital AS, company closely associated to Per Grieg Jr., Member of the
Board of Directors of the Company, has on 22 September 2025 received 14,089,225
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Kvasshøgdi AS, company closely associated to Per Grieg Jr., Member of the Board
of Directors of the Company, has on 22 September 2025 received 6,948,529
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Joachim WG AS, company closely associated to Per Greig Jr, Member of the Board
of Directors of the Company, has on 22 September 2025 received 283,624
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Viggo Halseth, Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, has on 22
September 2025 received 46,276 subscription rights in the Company with no price
payable.

VHAL AS, a company closely associated to Viggo Halseth, Member of the Board of
Directors of the Company, has on 22 September 2025 received 71,932 subscription
rights in the Company with no price payable.
