Proximar Seafood AS - Mandatory notification of trade by Primary Insiders

Yokohama/Bergen, 19 September 2025:
In connection with amended bond terms allowing for conversion to shares in
Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") at a Temporary Adjusted Conversion Price, as
announced 16 September 2025, the following close associates to primary insiders
of the Company has applied to convert bonds to new shares in the Company:

- Orkan Konsult AS
- Kvasshøgdi AS AS
- Grieg Kapital AS
- Joachim WG AS

Delivery of conversions shares remain subject to inter alia a successful
completion of the announced Rights Issue.
