OBOS Boligkreditt AS has mandated Nordea and SEB to investigate the possibility
to increase OBBK14 PRO maturing 28th of May 2030 by NOK 3bn to NOK 6bn. The
transaction is expected to be launched in the near future, subject to market
conditions.

In conjunction with the tap issue, OBOS Boligkreditt AS will offer buyback of
OBBK08 PRO. OBBK08 PRO will partially be written down.
