Attached is Pembroke’s Disclosure Policy for bondholders’ reference.

In reference to the Blackout period, please note that the last period during
FY2025 is currently intended to be 1 October 2025 to 1 December 2025, with our
3Q 2025 results scheduled to be lodged on 30 November 2025. We continue to make
efforts to bring forward our results lodgment timing, thereby reducing our
Blackout period.

Pembroke will make available our FY2026 announcement plan as soon as
practicable, by no later than early 2026.
