Haugesund Sparebank har utstedt et nytt senior usikret MREL tellende
obligasjonslån på NOK 200 millioner med forfall 04. september 2030. Lånets ramme
er NOK 500 mill og vil søkes notert på Nordic ABM.

Oppgjør for transaksjonen er 04. september 2025.
