Huddly AS – Notice of extraordinary general meeting

Oslo, 25 August 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company") on 22 August 2025 regarding
the successful completion of a private placement of 5,526,544 new shares in the
Company with gross proceeds of approx. NOK 61 million (the "Private Placement")
and a potential subsequent share offering (the "Subsequent Repair Offering").

On this background, the board of directors of the Company calls for an
extraordinary general meeting to be held on 8 September 2025 at 10:00 (CEST).
The extraordinary general meeting will be held at the offices of Advokatfirmaet
Simonsen Vogt Wiig AS, at Filipstad brygge 1, 0252 Oslo. Shareholders not having
the opportunity to participate physically will be given the possibility to
follow the meeting, vote and raise questions via Teams.

Shareholders who wish to attend the general meeting must notify this via e-mail
to genf@dnb.no no later than on 4 September 2025 at 16:00 (CEST).

The notice with the agenda of the general meeting and proxy forms are attached
to this stock exchange announcement and will also be made available on the
Company's webpage https://www.huddly.com/.

Further, the shareholders may also register their attendance, vote in advance or
delegate proxy in connection with the EGM through VPS Investor
