INDUCT AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Induct AS (the
"Company") on 7 July 2025 regarding share issuance in a private placement. The
share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 3,130,904.70,
divided into 31,309,047 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0,10.
