Correction: Proximar Seafood AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange releases from Proximar Seafood AS (the
"Company") published 10 and 11 July 2025, regarding a private placement to raise
gross proceeds of NOK 14.2 million (the "Private Placement") by the issuance of
new shares in the Company. The stock exchange releases states that 14,217,278
new shares were issued. The correct number of new shares issued is 14,217,280.
