Proximar Seafood AS: New share capital registered

Bergen, 11 July 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") on 10 July 2025 regarding the successfully
placed private placement of new shares in the Company to raise gross proceeds of
NOK 14.2 million.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 14,217,278 new shares
in the private placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).

Following the registration, the Company's share capital is NOK 15,639,006,
divided into 156,390,060 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10. For more
