Austgulen, board member and primary insider in Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT) -
has acquired 100,000 shares in Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT) at a price per
share of NOK 51.25.

Auris AS owns upon completion of the transaction, 362,384 shares, equal to 4.17
%, in Baltic Sea Properties AS.
