INDUCT AS: New share capital registered

New share capital registered.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Induct AS (the
"Company") on 26 May 2025 regarding final results in the subsequent offering.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 2,942,281.70
divided into 29,422,817 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
