Ferde AS – New bond issue

Ferde AS

Ferde AS, rated AA+ (Stable) by Scope Ratings, has successfully issued a 3 year
bond amounting to NOK 450 million. The bond carries a coupon of 3m Nibor + 0.35
% p.a.

The net proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of investments in
the Bømlopakken project. The new bond will have guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti)
from Vestland County Municipality, rated AA+ (Stable) by Scope Ratings. The
existing Ferde bonds with guarantee from Vestland County Municipality are rated
AA+ by Scope Ratings. The new bond is also expected to receive a bond rating of
AA+ (Stable) by Scope Ratings.

SpareBank 1 Markets acted as Manager for the bond issue.
