Euronext Oslo Børs vedtok å ta aksjene i Himalaya Shipping Ltd. opp til handel
på Euronext Oslo Børs.

Det forutsettes at selskapet før første handelsdag oppfyller opptakskravene på
Euronext Oslo Børs.

Børsdirektøren gis fullmakt til å fastsette første handelsdag, senest 22. august
2025.
